Terms and Conditions

1. Contract:- will be entered into when Countryside Hideaways confirms the booking in writing.
2. Payment:- 25% of the holiday rental is payable if booking more than 8 weeks in advance. For bookings made within an 8 week period full payment is payable. Sterling cheque, debit or credit cards are accepted. (if paying in full by c/c a 2% charge will apply). Payment by cheque – payable to K Hawkes.
3. Cancellation:- All cancellations must be made in writing to Countryside Hideaways. If we are able to re-let the property for the whole period you will be reimbursed 75% of monies paid. If part of the cancelled period is re-let you will be reimbursed accordingly depending on re-let value. If Countryside Hideaways is unable to re-let the property at all then all monies paid shall be forfeit.
4. Period of hire:- the rental period shall be from 4pm on day of arrival until 10am on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Occupancy:- the number of people occupying the property shall not exceed 4 adults.
6. Damage to property or contents:- the holidaymaker shall leave the property as found. Should any mishaps occur they must be reported to Countryside Hideaways immediately to discuss replacement or recompense.
7. It is imperative that you notify us at once if you find a problem during your stay. We can then attempt to fix it for you.
